Gulf News interviews Chairman
Chairman of the Nikai Group, Paras Shahdadpuri was interviewed by Gulf News recently.
In the wide-ranging interview, the Chairman spoke about the astonishing growth of
Nikai from humble beginnings. Its current position in the electronics and home appliances
market, and future expansion plans. He disclosed that Nikai will invest Dhs. 36.7
million in a 300,000 sq ft manufacturing plant that will be set up at the Dubai
Investment Park. "This year we celebrated 10 years we have created a global customer
base in excess of 10 million". Chairman Shahdadpuri told "Gulf News". He added:
"We are not an expensive brand, neither are we cheap. However, we offer the best
value for money to our customers".

product between 25th September and 5th November, the opportunity to take home a

PAMPERING THE LADIES
A special event for secretaries was held at Deira Computer Land from the 17th to
the 23rd of September. The week-long event included various activities like training
seminars, yoga sessions, live entertainment shows and a Cooking Competition in which
a large number of ladies participated.
As the sponsor of the event, Nikai benefited tremendously when its products went
on display at the venue for an entire week.
Nikai was the sponsor of the Cooking Competition, which was held on the 21st of
September. The ladies had to prepare special dishes and bring them to the venue.
Nikai offered prizes for the Best Appetizer, Best Main Course, Best Desert etc.
A total of 500 ladies attended the event.
Gracing the occasion was Mrs. Shahdadpuri, wife of our Chairman.

Nikai gifts winners of
Khaleej Times Treasure Hunt
Nikai was the gift sponsor for this year's "Khaleej Times Treasure Hunt", which
was held on the 30th of September. Advertisements on the event appeared in Khaleej
Times from Friday 23rd September while the event was also covered on City FM radio
(101.6 FM). The event attracted around 100 teams with Team Daud emerging winners.
Nikai offered 29" TV, DVD player, a Microwave Oven, a Smoothie Maker, Vacuum Cleaner,
Fat Reducing Food Grills each as prizes to the winners.

Nikai praticipated in the inaugural issue of the "Good Food Guide" magazine published
by Khaleej Times on 30th September. In addition to releasing three full-page advertisements
and a back cover advertisements in the magazine, Nikai also presented various gifts
to the winners of a Recipe Contest run in the "Good Food Guide".

Nikai ran a promotion on cooking appliances, with the theme of the promotion being
"Healthy Cooking". The promotion started on 9th September, and featured a wide range
of Healthy Cooking Appliances, like the smoothie maker, the Fat Reducing Food Grill,

The special offers available at: Sharaf Enterprises, Al Fahidi Street, Bur Dubai,

The promotion also got talked about on radio through our sponsored program "Nikai
Non-Stop Noonsense" on City FM. Leaflets were also distributed across the city to

Promotion at Carrefour
Century Mall
Nikai ran a promotion, offering its range of home appliances at the newly
opened Carretour Century Mall. The promotion from the 10th till the 20ht of September
was well received by shoppers at the new Carrefour hypermarket.
